Published purpose
This 45-months project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: research and exploration; strategic and succession plan development and implementation; knowledge and best practices sharing to improve the organization’s continuity, stability and capacity, as well as contributing to strengthen the women’s movement and advancing gender equality.
