Published purpose
This 53-month project will address organizational capacity needs to enable the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be increased through the following activities: diversifying funding sources by establishing a fund development strategy, hiring a Funding Manager and establishing a Fund Development Committee as part of the Board of Directors.
