Published purpose
This 7-month project will honour the lives and legacies of missing and murdered Indigenous women, girls and increase awareness about missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls. Project activities will include working with families, survivors or their community to develop and implement commemoration initiatives to honor the lives and legacies of missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls. This project will include a coalition of 5 Indigenous agencies.
