Published purpose
This 48-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow Fire Service Women to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through a strategic and succession planning exercise, strengthening board governance and the development of a financial sustainability plan. The 2023 supplementary funds will be used to develop a sponsor engagement plan, develop a communications strategy to support fundraising efforts among FSWO membership, develop capacity, templates, policies and tools for online/social media fundraising, and develop capacity, templates, policies and tools for grant writing.
