Published purpose
This 48-month project will strengthen organizational capacity to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change in support of gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: strategic and succession planning, collaboration, and networking. Supplemental funds will be used for the following activities: Human Resources recruitment and retention and to evaluate and improve Board governance.
