Published purpose

This 48-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: funding diversification, enhanced advocacy capacity and HR capacity building. The extension in time and additional funds will be used to further build internal capacity by creating an Employee Onboarding Manual, developing a strategic plan for Governance and Operational needs, and designing a Client Record Management system to capture the organization’s outcomes and impactsA supplement is allocated to increase collaboration, networking and mobilization efforts, and to adapt advocacy and data collection capacities to the pandemic context.
