Published purpose
This 3-month project will support the development and submission of a comprehensive project proposal to pilot and evaluate a Canadian-advocate designed model of case review of police investigations inspired by the Philadelphia Model to improve police response to sexual assault and intimate partner violence. By working closely with front line advocates, communities, and the police, OCTEVAW aims to improve police accountability and ensure transparency for survivors and the public.
