ARC EN CIEL DES JEUNES ETHNOCULTURELS FRANCOPHONES

Published purpose

This 9-month project aims to strengthen the capacity of Arc-en-Ciel des Jeunes Ethnoculturels Francophone to promote LGBTQ2 equality. The following activities will achieve the project's objectives: registration or incorporation of the organization; support for human resources management and organization governance capacities; long-term sustainability with the implementation of a funding strategy; and the development of knowledge about their target population to advance LGBTQ2 equality. By the end of the project, the organization will be legally incorporated (incorporated or registered) and will have increased its knowledge and capacity to advance gender equality, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression.
