Published purpose

This 17-month project aims to build the capacity of ARC - Aînés et retraités de la communauté to promote LGBTQ equality. The following activities will achieve the project's objectives: support organizational governance management capacity, improve technical expertise within the organization, strengthen cooperation among organizations and improve access to funding opportunities by improving knowledge and expertise in writing grant applications. By the end of the project, the organization will have increased its knowledge and capacity to advance equality with respect to gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression. In addition, partnerships and collaboration will have been established or strengthened to the support the LGBTQ2 movement.
