AlterHéros

Published purpose

This 16-month project will strengthen the capacity of AlterHéros to promote LGBTQ2 equality. This will be achieved by supporting management capacity, governance by the board of directors, internal policy updates, strategic and organizational planning and preparation of a financial plan. The organization will also develop its internal funding skills to diversity its sources of income. The board of directors will develop financial literacy skills to strengthen its ability to raise funds. By the end of the project, the organization will have improved its knowledge and capacity to advance equality with respect to gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression.
