Published purpose
This 16-month project will strengthen the capacity and networks of Essies Place to advance LGBTQ2 equality. This will be achieved by: increasing evidence and knowledge of LGBTQ2 challenges and barriers; partnership development, collaboration, networking; supporting the ability to create opportunities for members of LGBTQ2 communities to gather, connect, network, share knowledge, and exist safely in a collaborative space. At the end of the project, the organization will have developed a “Quality of Life” report; produced a safe spaces & resources report; completed an environmental scan; and created a regional network for LGBTQ2 supports.
