Published purpose
This 17-month project will strengthen the capacity and networks of Chroma to advance LGBTQ2 equality. This will be achieved by: becoming a legally constituted organization; strengthening collaboration among organizations; and increasing access to evidence, data, information and knowledge sources. This will also be achieved by improving access to funding opportunities by developing knowledge and expertise in grant writing. The project will focus on three key pillars: Advocacy, Community/Collaboration, and Education (ACE). At the end of the project, the organization will have become legally constituted and will have increased knowledge and capacity to advance equality with respect to sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression.
