Published purpose

This 45-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the YWCA of Greater Toronto (YWCA Toronto) to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the optimization of digital assets and creation of annual, compelling digital campaigns; by strategically integrating the Philanthropy and Advocacy & Communications’ departments’ resources and knowledge; by amplifying program and service participants’ voices through story collection and an annual Speakers’ Bureau; and by creating an actionable quality assurance framework based partly on our revised Annual Program Report framework. Supplemental funding will be used to bolster digital assets, compelling digital campaign and update the organizational website.
