Elizabeth Fry Society of Northwestern Ontario

Published purpose

This 36-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the Elizabeth Fry Society of Northwestern Ontario to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the development of a fundraising strategy and an interconnected communications strategy, as well as the development of a strategic plan, which will include training for Board members to ensure the plan's implantation and sustainability. Supplemental funding will help the organization acquire the funds needed to fill an operational gap, equip it to better meet its objectives, and to be well positioned to help its communities moving forward.
