Published purpose
This 26-month project will strengthen the organizational capacity of OCTEVAW with a particular focus on communications and outreach, advocacy and revenue generation. Capacity building activities will include the development of an advocacy strategy and tool kit, a knowledge transfer strategy, a comprehensive communications strategy, and a digital media strategy. OCTEVAW will also identify and develop revenue generation strategies to ensure its long-term sustainability. The supplemental funding will be used to develop a strategic plan that integrates and centres the needs of 2SLGBTQIAS+, Black, Indigenous and People of Colour.
