Published purpose

This 46-month project will address organization capacity needs to allow the SHORE Centre to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the development of a partnership and network strategy as well as a comprehensive strategic planning. This project will lay the foundation for SHORE Centre to effectively grow its network and expand its support to a greater number of women, trans and non-binary people across Ontario. The supplemental funding will be used for an anti-racism audit, as well as the shift to an electronic client management database for increased internal efficiency and analytics.
