Published purpose
This 46-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the Malton Women Council to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through strategic planning; the implementation of strong policies and procedures of governance; and the development of a sustainable financial plan. The supplemental funds will cover the costs of developing and implementing a ‘Virtual Service Delivery Framework’ and a COVID-19 Sustainability and Recovery Plan. The additional funds cover the costs of developing and implementing a virtual service delivery framework and a COVID-19 sustainability and recovery plan.
