Published purpose
The project will create and pilot a home visitation protocol combining cultural safety and a trauma-informed approach in screening for violence and connecting racialized gender-based violence (GBV) survivors and their children with supports. The additional funding will allow to double the number of training workshops provided to home visitation workers and to increase the salaries and benefits for project staff and the administrative expenditures required to support the project implementation.
