Women's Legal Education and Action Fund (LEAF)

Published purpose

This 48-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: developing and implementing a strategic blueprint to improve organizational capacity and governance; developing and launching a communications platform to improve organizational and administrative efficiency, and conducting monitoring and renewal activities to inform future programming. The supplemental funds will be used to hire operations and administration staff, specifically in database management and consulting, and communications support.
