Published purpose

This 48-month project will address organizational capacity needs to engage Francophone and Acadian women’s organizations in Canada, become more responsive to the needs of its member organizations, and allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: developing and implementing a capacity-building plan; engaging in partnership development; collaboration and networking; and improving the organization’s technological capacity. The additional funding will be used to mitigate the impact of COVID-19 limitations on the project by enabling the organization to implement the renewal of strategic planning and crisis management training.
