Published purpose
This 36-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow Perth County Transition Home for Women to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the development of strategic fundraising and communication strategies, the establishment of Board governance policies, and the fostering of community partnerships in the Perth County area. Supplemental funding will be used to hire a team of consultants to amalgamate two aligned women’s organizations in order to enhance services and the community capacity to serve women and children experiencing violence.
