Published purpose

This 46-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the Réseau-Femmes du Sud-Ouest de l'Ontario (RFSOO) to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through improved governance, strategic and succession planning, implementation of results-based management, and an organizational financial health and sustainability plan. The supplemental funds will be used to hire support staff; train staff on integrating information and communication technology into the workplace; obtain an online counselling system; and redesign the www.rfsoo.ca website to adapt the organization to the virtual world.
