Published purpose
This 45-month project will address organization capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic changes towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: strategic planning and succession planning, partnership development, collaboration and networking. The additional amount awarded will be used to provide staff with technology and office equipment to ensure the progress of the project in the context of COVID-19.
