At the end of the project, the organization will have contributed to addressing systemic barriers by supporting positive distribution of authority, voices and decision-making power, increasing networks and collaboration to accelerate systemic change, addressing persistent and harmful gender norms and attitudes and advancing inclusive policies and practices to support women’s equality. The project’s partner, the Association of Early Childhood Educators Ontario (AECEO), will play a key role in consultation, community engagement and support, outreach throughout the project and will be involved to share their expertise.
