OUTniagara Community Network for Sexual and Gender Diversity

Published purpose

This 12-month project, a phase 2 of the project SO20145, will strengthen the capacity and networks of OUTniagara Community Network for Sexual and Gender Diversity to advance 2SLGBTQ+ equality. This will be achieved by enhancing organizational health and sustainability through developing funding and communications strategies and conflict resolution policies; building the skills and capacity of community partners; strengthening networks, collaborations and partnerships; and fostering and strengthening meaningful, authentic, and sustained relationships with local QTBIPOC communities and organizations. At the end of the project, the organization will have developed its organizational capacity and sustainability, increased knowledge and capacity to advance equality with respect to sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression; and established and strengthened partnerships and collaborations to support the 2SLGBTQ+ movement.
