Planned Parenthood Ottawa-Carleton (PPO)

Published purpose

This project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the Planned Parenthood Ottawa-Carleton (PPO) to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through cultivating and growing PPO's strategic partnerships by developing and implementing a community engagement strategy; refining and strengthening PPO's brand by developing and implementing a communications strategy; enhancing the financial sustainability of PPO by developing and implementing a fundraising strategy. The activities include: 1) Community Engagement Strate gy; 2) Communications Strategy; 3) Fundraising Strategy. Supplemental funds will enable the organization to ensure exisitng project activities are adapted to pandemic/post-pandemic realities.
