Published purpose

This 29-month project will support a feminist response and recovery to address the current impacts of COVID-19, through systemic change. Ending Violence Association of British Columbia (EVA BC) will achieve this by building and evaluating a provincial network of gender-based violence and health sector partners providing services to sexual assault survivors, identifying strengths, gaps, and opportunities in sexual assault services, resources, and training, developing principles and guidelines to inform and support policy development in the health sector, developing a patient/survivor navigator framework and creating an online provincial training and resource hub to support health and community based sexual assault service providers. At the end of the project, the organization will have contributed to addressing systemic barriers by increasing networks and collaboration to accelerate systemic change.
