Alter Acadie NB : l'Organisme Franco Queer du Nouveau-Brunswick

Published purpose

Through this 15-month project, Alter Acadie NB will develop community-informed solutions to address the main barriers and gaps faced by 2SLGBTQI+ communities. Actions that will be taken to achieve this include collaborating with regional partners to hold information, awareness-raising, and discussion sessions in order to initiate systemic change that will promote inclusion for 2SLGBTQIA+ communities. In addition, the organization will learn more about existing resources in the province through meetings, research, and consultations. It will also enhance its ability to assist 2SLGBTQIA+ people in order to improve access to resources and help them browse services using a one-stop online portal.
