Published purpose

This 55-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: needs assessment, development and implementation of strategic plans, collaboration and networking, and enhancing organizational financial health. The additional funds will be used to strengthen capacity in human resources management, strategic plan implementation, community engagement, partnership development, and funding source diversification. This will be achieved through the development and implementation of program manuals; improved organizational policies, procedures, and recruitment strategies; strategic and community outreach action plans; and a fundraising business model.
