Published purpose

This 57-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: development of website with integrated digital communications and fundraising platform; stakeholder engagement through a digital needs assessment and outreach; fundraising and financial growth planning through digital outreach. The first supplemental funding will be used to undertake activities including staffing, improving capacity to serve clients and acquiring software. The second supplemental funding will be used to introduce technology and build capacity for internal communications and build capacity in website functionality and tracking.
