Published purpose

This 60-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: development and implementation of a strategic plan; which will encompass board governance and sustainability, human resources management, partnership development, collaboration and networking, marketing and communications, financial health and sustainability planning. The supplemental funding will be used to develop an advocacy strategy to improve membership offerings and programs. Research and material development will be undertaken to create a volunteer portal that will build capacity, resources, and training opportunities.
