Published purpose
This 60-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: development and implementation of a sustainability plan to enhance organizational financial health. The supplemental funding will be used to review and identify gaps in strategic planning and to develop and implement a strategic five-year development plan, including review of roles and responsibilities, accountability and monitoring of progress.
