Published purpose
This 11-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: under the umbrella of exploring and facilitating an organizational change process to manage growth, the organization will carry out a review of the organizational structure and develop new policies and practices.
