Published purpose

This 60-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: development and implementation of a sustainability plan, a viable social enterprise model, and improving grant writing capacity to enhance organizational financial health. The supplemental funds received in January 2021 will be used to increase additional capacity building activities, improve capacity to serve clients, and contribute to the organization’s social enterprise and income diversification goals. The supplemental funds received in March 2023 will be utilized to develop Human Resources products and tools, strengthen the Human Resources recruitment and retention plans, and improve staff performance measurement.
