Published purpose

This 57-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: leadership development; review of human resource management; development and implementation of result based management; and enhanced partnership building to increase collaboration with other women's organizations. The additional funds will be used to create evaluative tools to bolster results-based management efforts, to strengthen internal leadership capacity in the areas of fundraising and the use of social media, to collaborate with other stakeholders in building a gender-inclusion plan for gender-queer communities and to build capacity for collective action efforts within the community and with other agencies.
