Published purpose

This 60-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: develop and implement a strategic blueprint to improve organizational capacity and governance, develop and launch a communications platform to improve organizational and administrative efficiency, and conduct monitoring and renewal activities to inform future programming. The supplemental funds will be used to undertake operations and administration staff, specifically in database management and consulting, and communications support. The Capacity-building fund extension will be used to improve the organization’s funding strategy, develop human resources tools based on gender-based and equity analysis and evaluate Board effectiveness to improve and develop onboarding, mentoring, and offboarding process for board members.
