Published purpose
This 60-month project will build the organization’s capacity in order to better respond to increasing demands and to continue working towards its mandate of eradicating sexual violence against women and children. The project will meet its objectives through a membership strategy designed to recruit and retain volunteers in the community and a capacity building strategy that will increase leadership and mentoring opportunities as well as develop board governance expertise. An extension and supplemental funds were provided to develop a strategic framework and an implementation plan for strategic direction to strengthen organizational capacity.
