Published purpose
This 58-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow North York Women's Resource Centre to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the development and implementation of an organizational strategic plan, a fundraising strategy, an engagement strategy for members and volunteers, as well as a focus on enhancing organizational governance and sustainability. The 2023 supplemental funding will be used to develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies and implement processes and systems to improve performance measurement and evaluation.
