Published purpose

This 12-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organization capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: the onboarding and preparation of staff, board and volunteers for the creation of a PCTOI-specific GBA+ framework; the development and adaptation of the GBA+ framework to the specific needs of the community served; the implementation of the PCTOI-specific GBA+ framework across the organization; and the identification of resources, tools, and promising practices that PCTOI can draw from in the long term to best address the needs of the community served.
