Published purpose
This 57-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow Luke’s Place Support and Resource Center for Women and Children to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through strengthening networks for long-term financial stability, developing an advocacy strategy, a results-based management model as well as strategic and succession planning. The supplemental funding will permit the organization to update and implement human resources tools and board governance practices to reflect a GBA+ analysis and to implement an annual financial health strategy.
