Published purpose

This 57-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue providing services to newcomer women in Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Organizational capacity will be increased through the development of a Results-Based Management System, a Human Resources Management Plan, as well as the development of a Partnership Development & Collaboration Plan to diversify funding sources. The 2023 supplemental funding will be used to develop a Performance Evaluation Plan, as well as a Training Program for employees, and initiate partnership building through the development of a new strategy. A project evaluation will be conducted to measure the progress and success of these initiatives, which will continue to grow HSDC’s organizational capacity.
