Published purpose

This 58-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow The Canadian Federation of University Women of London to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the creation of a coalition to foster collaboration and coordination between different stakeholders working to improve the economic, political, social and employment conditions of self-identified women in London, Ontario and surrounding areas. The establishment of this coalition will include the creation of a strategic plan and a membership and corporate partnership model, the development of a communications management and marketing tool to support the work of the coalition and its partners, and a collaborative advocacy strategy. The 2023 supplementary funds will be used to develop a communications, advocacy and membership development and retention strategy.
