Published purpose
This 57-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow Women In Crisis (Algoma) Inc. to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the launch of a new online fundraising platform, the development of a new fundraising strategy and related communication tools, and the creation of a 5-year organizational strategic plan. The 2023 supplemental funding will permit the organization to develop and implement a human resources retention strategy and increase staff capacity to provide trauma-informed care.
