Published purpose
This 12-months project will address organizational capacity needs to allow Rexdale Women's Centre to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organization capacity will be enhanced through improving board governance and diversification of funds. This will be achieved by evaluating and improving board governance, developing a framework for funding diversification, and developing and implementing a sustainability plan. Further, the organization will develop training resources on governance and on funding proposals, while also facilitating training for board members and staff.
