Published purpose

This 59-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow GAFFO to continue contributing to gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: strategic planning and enhanced board governance, succession planning, and the development of a sustainability plan that focuses on developing partnerships and sponsorships. The additional funding for 2023 will be used to develop partnerships, collaboration and networking to increase the reach of GAFFO to strengthen collaborative networks with organizations focused on issues affecting immigrant women in Canada and to implement interventions to include OLMCs. The supplement will also be used for Board training on obtaining and managing grants.
