Community YWCA of Muskoka

Published purpose

This 60-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow YWCA Muskoka to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the establishment of a fund development and finance strategy, the development of a comprehensive Human Resources strategy with a focus on professional development, wellness, and succession planning, as well as an organizational strategic plan. The 2023 supplemental funding will be used to strengthen the organization’s communication capacity by creating and disseminating a promotional video, while also supporting the development of an impact evaluation in collaboration with Sustainable Livelihood Canada.
