Published purpose
This 58-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow Scarborough Women's Centre to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: strategic and succession planning; partnership development, collaboration and networking; development of advocacy strategies; implementation of result-based management and gender-based analysis+. The 2023 supplementary funding will be used to 1) conduct an organizational policy review and 2) undertake an assessment of the organizational strategic plan, including a review of implications resulting from the pandemic.
