Published purpose

This 57-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: research and exploration; strategic and succession plan development and implementation; knowledge and best practices sharing to improve the organization’s continuity, stability and capacity, as well as contributing to strengthen the women’s movement and advancing gender equality. Supplemental funds awarded in March 2023 will support the organization as they update the strategic plan and leadership toolkit developed with the original funds to include best practices on mental health supports for Women Entrepreneurs – a need that has emerged through the Covid-19 pandemic, and then promote these findings through their partners and stakeholder communities.
