Published purpose
This 60-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow Nova Vita Women's Shelter Incorporated to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the development of a strategic fundraising strategy, strengthening Human Resource policies and procedures, fostering relationships with multicultural and Indigenous communities, and strengthening the organization's sustainability, in order to embrace diversity and inclusion for women and girls affected by violence. The 2023 supplemental funding will be used to develop and implement a strategic plan.
