Focus for Ethnic Women Waterloo Region Inc.

Published purpose

This 60-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow Focus for Ethnic Women Waterloo Region Inc. to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality, through their work with immigrant, refugee, and visible minority women. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the strengthening of the Board Governance Committee, fostering partnerships and collaborations, and the development of a fundraising strategy, as well as a strategic and sustainable evidence-based 5-year plan for program development and delivery. Supplemental funding will be used to update governance materials and relevant staff policies and procedures and create marketing and communication plans.
